1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Collaborics GL for services in web and app development, social media management, digital marketing, and blockchain development, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Offered
Collaborics GL offers a range of services, including but not limited to:

- Digital Marketing
- Blockchain Development

3. Payment and Billing
Payment terms and billing details will be agreed upon and documented in the Service Agreement or Project Proposal. Collaborics GL reserves the right to adjust pricing and billing terms with advance notice to clients.
4. Confidentiality
Collaborics GL and the client mutually agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to trade secrets, project details, and any data provided.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement, all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, and trademarks, for work created by Collaborics GL during the project will be transferred to the client upon full payment for services.
6. Project Timeline and Delivery
Project timelines and milestones will be outlined in the Service Agreement or Project Proposal. Collaborics GL will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for the successful completion of the project. Failure to do so may result in project delays.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date will be due and payable.
9. Warranty and Support
Collaborics GL provides a limited warranty on its services, as detailed in the Service Agreement. Ongoing support and maintenance services may be offered separately and will be outlined in the Service Agreement or separate support contract.
10. Liability
Collaborics GL’s liability for any damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific services provided.
11. Changes to Terms
Collaborics GL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes in advance, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
